NCCC Annual Stakeholder Report
The Northern Colorado Clean Cities (NCCC) coalition has finished its annual membership and stakeholder survey to assess the reduction of petroleum usage and greenhouse gas emissions for northern Colorado, in 2011. Through such efforts as the usage of alternative fuels and vehicles, and the implementation of other strategies such as idle reduction and reducing the number of miles driven, our members and stakeholders were able to reduce their petroleum use (Gallons of Gasoline Equivalent) by 707,570 gallons. This results in a reduction of 5,710 tons in greenhouse gas emissions.
